Delivery Information

We use Australia Post to ensure your items reach you safely. We offer both Standard and Express shipping options:

• Standard Delivery: 2–6 business days (Average transit is 3 days).
• Express Delivery: 1–3 business days.
• Flexible Delivery: Australia Post delivers to apartments, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, and remote locations.

Returns & Damaged Goods

Important: Inspection Window Upon arrival, please inspect your goods within 24 hours for any transit damage.

General Return Conditions

• 30-Day Policy: Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Installation: We cannot accept returns of any kind once you have attempted to install or use the product.

Return Shipping Costs

• Change of Mind: If you change your mind or order the wrong product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Our Mistake: If we ship the wrong product, we will arrange for a pickup from your residence at no cost to you, and a full refund (including original shipping) will be provided.

How to Lodge a Return All returns must be inspected by our team before a refund or replacement is issued.

1. Take Photos: Document the item/packaging.
2. Email Us: Send photos and your order number to sales@sydneybathroomware.com.au.
3. Drop Off: Once approved, returns can be lodged at over 20,000 Australia Post locations, including Post Offices and 24/7 Parcel Lockers.
