We use Australia Post to send your items and offer both standard and express shipping. Once sent, standard delivery orders will arrive in 2-6 business days and express orders in 1-3 business days, depending on where you are located. Australia Post can deliver to apartments, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and remote locations.*

General return conditions

When your goods arrive you must inspect them within 24 hours for damages.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We are not able to accept returns of any kind once you have attempted to install or use the product.

If you change your mind or order the wrong product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If we are wrong or have shipped the wrong product, we will pay for the product to be picked up from your residence and a full refund, including the cost of shipping will be provided.

All refunds and returns need to be inspected by a member of our team before a new product is sent or a refund is made. The best way to do this is by taking photos and sending them to our team at sales@sydneybathroomware.com.au

Once approved, returns can be lodged at one of 20,000 Australia Post drop off locations nationwide, including Post Offices, free 24/7 Parcel Lockers and Street Posting Boxes.
