Important: Is this the right Starck for you?

Many customers confuse the ME by Starck with the Starck 3 series. While both are “D-Shaped,” they use different hinge spacings and seat dimensions.

  • Hinge Spacing (Centre-to-Centre): > * ME by Starck (This Seat): Requires 210mm spacing.

    • Starck 3 (Incorrect): Requires 270mm spacing.

  • If your holes are 270mm apart, please order the Starck 3 Seat instead.

For the Standard ME by Starck Seat:

  • Confirming your size: Measure from the hinge holes to the very front edge of the porcelain pan. The Standard model measures approximately 430mm – 440mm.

For the Compact ME by Starck Seat:

  • Confirming your size: If your toilet feels shorter than a standard seat, you likely have the Compact version. Measure from the hinge holes to the front edge of the pan. This Compact model measures approximately 400mm.

To rule out the compact wall hung toilet, measure the toilet from the wall to the front of the seat. if the measurement is greater then 480mm, you don’t have the compact seat.
