Before purchasing a new button, we recommend testing your pneumatic system to ensure the issue isn’t the internal mechanism.

The Air Test:

1. Remove your flush plate/buttons.

2. Locate the thin air tube.

3. Blow air directly into the tube.

4. Result: If the internal bellows on the outlet valve lift up and trigger a flush, your mechanism is working, and you only need this new button. If nothing happens, you likely need the VS0866163 Pneumatic Mechanism.
