This is the newer “Optima S” version of the Villeroy & Boch outlet valve (replacing the older Geberit-made internals).

A Note on Quality: In our professional opinion, this newer white and grey unit does not feel as robust as the original Geberit valves found in older V&B suites. However, because Villeroy & Boch changed the internal mounting and button connection, this is currently the only compatible option for newer Back-to-Wall (BTW) suites.

• The Good News: It is an all-in-one solution that includes the button and the molded inlet valve holder, ensuring a perfect physical fit for your newer cistern.

The Omnia (8L186000) is designed specifically for the latest generation of V&B’s most popular ranges. If your internal valve matches the white/grey color profile in the photos, this is your direct replacement.
