At Sydney Tap & Bathroomware, we’ve spent over 40 years becoming the technical authority in luxury bathroomware. We are looking for a motivated professional to join our family-led team in what is widely considered a top-tier training ground for the industry. If you want to break into the interiors world while keeping your weekends and your evenings, this is it.
The “Lifestyle” Difference:
- 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Only: We value efficiency and respect your time. When the clock hits 4:00 PM, the day is done. We never expect our team to stay back.
- No Weekends, Ever: Reclaim your Saturdays and Sundays. This is a strict Monday–Friday role.
- Stress-Free Commute: We have easy street parking (no Mascot parking nightmares) and bus stops on both sides of Botany Rd right outside our door.

We want someone who is proactive, manages their pipeline effectively, and takes pride in seeing a quote turn into a beautiful finished bathroom.
- Professional Perks: $65k–$70k + Super, paid Friday lunches, and excellent coffee.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Consulting: Guiding architects, builders, and homeowners through our premium ranges (like AstraWalker and Studio Bagno).
- Project Ownership: Managing the full lifecycle of a client’s inquiry—from initial consultation and quoting to proactive follow-ups and final orders.
- Design & Trade: Learning the technical side of high-end bathroomware and building long-term relationships with the trade community.
- Contributing: Helping with showroom styling and, if you’re interested, our digital and website content.
Who You Are:
- You have a background or strong interest in interiors, design, or homewares.
- You are proactive and organized—you don’t need to be micromanaged to follow up on a lead.
- You’re a “people person” who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment.
- You want a role that offers more variety and professional growth than standard retail.
